The location in a really friendly area was perfect and nice and there were a market and a small supermarket nearby. We had a great value for money room and absolutely stunning views.

The stay for 1 night certainly was excellent value for money. I enjoyed the location that was central and short walk to the local attractions and Brighton central. Also, Rottingdean Village was not far.

Had scrumptious and nice breakfasts on behalf of the chef. The hotel was set in a beachfront area so close to look out to the sea, Rottingdean and other pubs and restaurants in the area. It also was on doorstep as well as buses into to Brighton.

The location of the hotel in Brighton is incredible, not far from Seafront buses to Brighton and Eastbourne and walkway to Brighton under the cliffs. The rooms are brand-new and they have a sea view balcony, a TV, and a writing desk.
