The quality, excellent value for money, had a real good stay for 1 night. Everything was very comfortable at this cheap hotel. The property had indeed an excellent location on the sea side of the building. A cool bonus was Molly's at the Beach, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

I think it was excellent value for money. The hotel was well-run, I liked it, especially the sea view. The location was central, so close to the pub, and Brighton pier.
The breakfast they served was cold, hope one day it will be much better.

We had a comfortable bedroom. It had good views of the ocean and a cosy decor. The hotel's location was unbeatable, close enough to other areas, and Brighton central or marina. Spent our evenings in nearby Turncoat Bar, especially when it was windy outside.

Lovely old fashioned place, attentive staff on the early shift. Extensive continental breakfast on behalf of the chef, liked the food choices. Stunning spot so close to Brighton on bus, restaurants and Seafront buses to Brighton and Eastbourne. And 5 mins walk to an Anglican church.

The location was marvellous and good, minutes from a ferry port, so it was really easy to travel around. Popped in Ye Olde Black Horse for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue.
